• Yes, we have a Nexstim device available, though it is rarely used. Nexstim requires MRI-based neuronavigation, which is more cumbersome than our qEEG-based targeting—a more efficient and informative option for ADHD treatment.

  • Yes. MagVenture is our primary TMS system, in use at Brain Wellness Center since 2016. It’s FDA-cleared for depression and supports advanced protocols like theta burst stimulation, which are ideal for brain-based ADHD treatment, even if not covered by insurance.

  • Yes. BrainsWay coined the term “Deep TMS” and developed an H-coil system that targets deeper brain structures. However, studies have shown that newer MagVenture protocols, used at Brain Wellness Center, can reach equal or greater depth with more flexibility and precision—making them better suited for ADHD-focused care.

  • Dr. Hashemian was trained with Magstim in 2003. While we don’t currently use Magstim-branded devices, BrainsWay systems operate using Magstim-powered technology, so the platform is still indirectly in use.
