TMS for insomnia is not covered by insurance. If you are pursuing TMS for depression, Brain Wellness Center can usually get authorization within 2–5 business days once paperwork is complete.
Insurance typically covers 36 sessions over 7.5 weeks (one session per weekday). However, this only applies to depression—not insomnia. Insomnia-focused TMS is available as a self-pay service.
